Friday Oct. 10, 2003 Abstract The presentation focuses on the many aspects to be considered when an organization airms to assume the risk of massive departures. Ensuring the availability of required expertise, just enough and just in time, to meet expected level of performance, constitutes the cornerstone of succession management. Concentrating on recruitment or management succession, for example, is not enough. What is needed is an integrated project where all the levers required to ensure the durability and development of knowledge are activated in a harmonious fashion. |
